Rates vary by seasons but the range is:

$175 - $400 / Day

$1100 - $2500 / Week

$2500 - $3500 / Month

All rentals are subject to cleaning fee of $75 and Florida Tourist Tax of 11%.

Making a Reservation

Are you ready to book your stay at Casa Maya? Well there are a few things you have to do to lock in the days you want.

Contact us for availability through the contact page and we can start the reservation process. Below are the provisions of the rental agreement for the property.

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. EST.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A reservation deposit of $350 is required for stays of seven (7) days or less, $500 for stays longer than one week.

The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.

• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

• All keys are returned to the owner.

• Any charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

• No linens are lost or damaged.

• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

PETS

Well behaved pets are welcome with an additional $250 security deposit (refundable if there is no damage) for the pet and an additional $50 cleaning fee. Pets must be licensed and vaccinated. Additionally, they must be on flea and tick medication.

PAYMENT

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival for one stays of up to one week and 60 days prior to arrival for longer stays. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments via credit card or personal checks payable to Michelle Murillo. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

This is a NON SMOKING and DRUG FREE home. If evidence is found that someone was smoking in the home a $500 fine will be levied and tenants may be removed from the home immediately. Any drug activity will be reported to the authorities and the tenants will be removed from the property immediately with no refund.

While we welcome small gatherings, there are no parties allowed in the home.

CANCELLATIONS

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.

MINIMUM STAY

This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.

INCLUSIVE FEES

Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS

Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

SEPTIC

This home is on a septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that other objects have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for the cost of repair and removal of the foreign items.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY

No refunds will be given unless:

• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or

• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.

• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;

o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and

o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

This home is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
